FAQ

What does “Collisionware” mean?

You may say I have ADD, but I really just love designing and creating new pieces. I didn’t want to limit myself to just one thing. So when you take a variety of kitchenware and throw it together with carryware, you have a collision of wares. Giving you Collisionware!

Is everything handmade?

Yes! Everything you see here is individually handcrafted by me, Angie. Collisionware is my passion and I will always work hard to bring you quality unique pieces.

What payments do you accept?

PayPal is the way to go. It's safe, secure and easy. It allows you to pay with credit, debit or e-check. Please note that e-check payments take 3-5 days to clear. California residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges within the US and Canada start at just $2.00. Once you add items to your cart, go to checkout and input your address. The total cost will be calculated. You can either continue with checkout or go back to shopping. Super easy!

When can I expect my wares?

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA within 24-48 hours. If your package is under 13oz, it will be shipped by First Class Mail. Heavier packages will be bumped up to Priority Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Most definitely.  Orders are shipped out right away but can take 2-5 weeks to arrive.

Can I track my package?

You sure can. An email will arrive when your order ships with your package’s tracking information. Please note that tracking is only available within the U.S.

What’s your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me and I will do everything I can to make it right. I’m in business because of you and I want you to love your purchase. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.

Do you take custom orders?

I’m more than happy to work on a custom order for you. If you need something to match your kitchen or just want to switch some colors around, I can easily do that for you.

I’m sorry but i’m not able to take custom orders for character mitts. A lot of time, thought and testing go into each one, making it very difficult to create them on a custom basis. I love suggestions though so please share your ideas. You never know, it might just be the next one to creep into my shop.

Will I be updated of new designs?

Only if you want to be part of the cool crowd. You can subscribe to Collisionware’s newsletter, follow me on Twitter, Facebook and keep tabs on my blog. I post updates about new products as well as sales and specials.
