Refund policy
Thanks for shopping with us! We put a lot of love and care into each item but if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please read through our return policies below.
Returns and Exchanges:
- We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy from the date you receive your item.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact us at info@collisionware.com to initiate a return. If approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
- Shipping expenses for returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders or gift cards.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
- Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a justification.
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
